Anthony and his team were awesome. Our A/C went out, Anthony came over diagnosed the problem and gave me a few different options. I ultimately decided to get a whole new unit. His team had me installed the next day. Great service, I would recommend to everyone !

These guys are true professionals. Came home to an 80 degree house after work 🥵 After a week of hearing questionable sounds coming from it, the A/C was shot. Considering it was original with the house (16 years old) I knew last year it probably wouldn’t last this year but we gave it a go anyways. 7pm on the hottest day of the year wasn’t the most ideal time for it to kill over to say the least. Called around to other “24 hour services” with no answer or a call back. Someone suggested we call Element and I did. Within 5 mins of leaving a voicemail and all hope lost, I get a call back from Anthony and within an hour he is at my house. He was honest and straight forward. Didn’t try to sell something unwanted. Told me he could fix our fan motor on the unit or he could get us a new one. Didn’t try to push the new one at all, we made that choice because again, it was 16 years old and the motor wasn’t the only issues she had. Less than 12 hours later I had a team at my house ready to put the new one in. They took their time making sure everything was done but done right. After the guys were done Anthony came by, before they left, to personally verify that everything was perfect before he signed off.

Anthony came and fixed my mom's Air Conditioner when another local company stated that we needed a new unit which I thought was false. He was extremely nice, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciate him and his team and will be a return customer.

Look no further. Element Air is amazing. My wife and I returned home from a camping trip to a locked up AC unit on Father’s Day. The next morning, Element Air was there to assess the situation. Within a few hours, a new coil was installed at a reasonable price. Their team was courteous, professional and left no mess behind. Awesome experience to say the least.
