We sat down and discussed all options long term short term and he gave me a customer opinion if this was his home what would he do !! Amazing 🤩 I couldn’t be more pleased with the services provided and the communication they had every stage throughout the process of their services!! The technician came out and was super nice and explained everything to me but I was told they would go back to the office and write up an estimate for me for the work I needed completed. Never received an email so I called the company back a few days later to see why I didn’t receive my estimate and was told they would contact their boss and have them figure out why then send me my estimate and it has been over a week and have heard nothing from them

My air went out the day I bought my wife from the hospital she just had brain surgery she had cancer in her brain. Thank god the doctor got it all out. THAT'S just half of it. She has Metastatic cancer and endometrial cancer, too, so we have a ways to go. But my HEROES ARE ELEMENT AIR I told them my problem, and they fixed it for no CHARGE I know God sent this company, SO IF YOU NEED AIR CONDITIONER WORK, THEY ARE THE BEST HVAC.
I know they can't give everyone the same deal but you will get your money worth, GODBLESS
