Element Air

By far the best possible experience during a stressful time. Our furnace went out, and Element Air came out quickly. The tech Codey was extremely professional and was determined to find the cause. Fixed the issue and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Now we are signed up for their service plan and couldn't be more confident.

Had the guys at Element come out to install an upstairs ducted mini split system to keep us cool; especially for the next 5 months from May-October. They were able to get to us within a week and they were on time. They had to come back for a 2nd day but they worked hard to get the unit up and running in our 70 year old home. Also went above and beyond with vacuuming our floors so as to not leave a mess and used a drop cloth all the way upstairs. Highly professional with a big emphasis on customer service. Will most certainly use again!

**UPDATE 8/11/2022** Codey and Anthony came back out as our ceiling bathroom vent was sweating pretty good in the late summer afternoons/evenings. They looked at the vent and came up with a solution to try and fix the problem.

**UPDATE 5/23/2023** Codey came out for our AC tune up. Did a great and thorough job while explaining a couple of potential future issues. Great job!

Used Element Air for the first time to see if we could get someone out here quickly with this crazy heat to clean and recharge our AC unit. They literally came out first thing the next morning! The gentleman was incredibly nice/professional and was in and out so quick. We have a pretty old unit and just wanted to try and help it in this heat without someone trying to sell us on other stuff that they could etc. if we didn’t want to. I really appreciated the fact that they came in diagnosed that everything is working, cleaned and recharged it without any issues. We were so pleased and would definitely recommend!

As always, I received top notch service. The air conditioner was inspected and cleaned thoroughly.

Had spring checkup performed and surge protectors installed. Cory was very professional and courteous as all service technicians have been since the day of installation of HVAC system.

Element and their guys are fantastic I had a problem I thought it was my thermostat which turned out it probably wasn't I needed my furnace maintenance these guys were good they had meters and numbers that they use and it seems that my whole system was out of whack a little bit they tweaked it and put it back to where it was supposed to be and it seems to be doing great I will most definitely without a doubt be using these people from this day going forward thanks guys I feel good now
