My experience with William Branch & Son Plumbing was not a good one. They came out to service a clogged bathroom sink. They did come out quickly and were courteous throughout the service (both of which I appreciate). They had a very difficult time locating and clearing the clog (took a couple of hours). This isn't bad but as they were packing up my 7-year old noticed the ceiling below the bathroom was dripping. This started a multi-hour ordeal of trying to locate what was damaged which ultimately left us with 2 large holes in the ceiling. Once the leak was addressed we were told we'd be sent a bill (no indication of how much). After a month of receiving no bill we called and were told they were still processing bills from this time period but confirmed we had no balance on the account. It wasn't until 2 months after the service that we received a bill for >$500. Caught off guard and still needing to spend a few hundred dollars to repair the holes in the ceiling, I called their office to get clarification/justification. The office manager was again very nice but referred me to a manager who was supposed to get back to me but never did. I don't see us using this company in the future.

I found this company thru ad on back of church bulletin several yrs ago. Since then I've used them for every plumbing need. They are so great in numerous ways: professional, knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. I always get prompt and efficient help with any need. Their servicemen come quickly and do a great job. I have used other companies on the past but not been satisfied with their services. Wm Branch is who I recommend to everyone. Their prices are fair and they stand behind all of their work. Elizabeth in the office takes care of me right away and I appreciate the great customer service!

Good family owned business. They always return my service calls and respond quickly to solve the problem. Prices are fair and competitive. It’s hard to find solid/honest plumbers and these guys are good.

My AC was not cooling the house, Danny from William Branch & Son Plumbing Heating & Cooling Inc came out to diagnosis the problem. He found a small leak in the copper pipe, fixed it and had it back up and running within 20 minutes. It was refreshing to have a honest man/business fix the issue without trying to upsell a brand new unit. Thank you Danny!

We have used this family business for over 30 years. The services they have performed have always been outstanding. We have always appreciated their expertise and honesty.

I just want to say that these guys are great. I called when my hot water heater went out and while they were booked up for a week and unable to come out and help me they were willing to spend a considerable amount of time on the phone helping me understand and troubleshoot what may be causing the issue. This is exactly the kind of attitude and costumer service that I look for in companies.

William branch and son is a company has been around for years how many years they do we use Emperor plumbing and air conditioning HVAC is a we call it and when a woman when I call the woman that answers the phone is very polite customer-oriented family-owned business and I enjoy them I like them they've been good to us very good to us you try to meet your needs and things like that and I've always at good very very good service with them but like everybody everybody's different you go to what company to want but I like women Branson son they've been reliable and good to us good service oriented people

William branch om branch and son is a very nice place to get Plumbing done it's family-owned and oriented it's been around for many many years they have a reputation of not you having to pay the bill right away but they will allow you to make payments Without Really any interest or modern fees at all a dependable and we're going to continue to use them
