Couldn’t be happier with Element Heating and Air. Installed a new system 2 years ago, it continues to deliver superior service. Jaden was our technician today, very professional and all around wonderful employee to work with!

Install team was very attentive to detail, to detail and was on time for appointment. Cleaned everything up when they were done just like it was when they showed up. Fleet vehicles were in great shape and well kept. Techs seemed very knowledgeable of their equipment and didn’t hesitate to explain or answer questions.
Owner was very nice and made sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the customer. Would HIGHLY recommended for any HVAC needs.

Let me just say that this company and their workers were very knowledgeable about their work. I learned so many things about HVAC that I was unaware of prior to our consultation. Their work, pricing and products in my opinion are unmatched. Their professionalism is uncanny. They have earned a customer for life.

I had used Element Air for an issye with my furnace. As part of my service plan Corey cane out to do an inspection and cleaning. An issue was found and he thoroughly explained to me the issue and the resolution. Cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend. A++++ service.

Company rep Corey was on time (actually arrived early) and was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Both introduction and debriefing was very through. I will definitely call upon again.

It's always a bit nerve-racking when you have to spend thousands of dollars on anything, much less a new HVAC system. It's just one of those expenses no one wants. And then when you do decide to bite the bullet, you have to hope and pray you choose the right company for the job. After the service and install provided by Corey, Tyler, and Jayden of Element Air, I have absolutely ZERO REGRETS or concerns about the company I chose for the job. These guys were fantastic. From the initial visit to after the install, they truly went the extra mile. While Element Air may be a newer, smaller, and less known company than some of the big names in the area, their prices and service put all the others to shame. While I don't wish for any more HVAC problems, it's a relief knowing I have found a company I can rely on again, if needed. I can't wait for some warm weather to see what this thing can do! My house has separate upstairs and downstairs systems and I will definitely be returning when our older system requires replacement as well. Thanks for everything guys!

We've had our new unit almost a year and we are so happy. Had Element Air out today to do our first maintnance on both units. Scientech Corey did a great job.
