I told Mindy (front desk) we needed to see our options to fix our A/C unit. Cody came out today and immediately made it known he was inexperienced. He didn’t do the service I asked him to do which was to find the leak and made multiple excuses as to why he didn’t want to do it. He instead spent more time trying to sell me on a a whole new system without doing the proper diagnostic that was asked if him and that I payed $98 for. I would not recommend this company given the experience I had.

Brian and Mason were very good and professional. Will definitely use again. Brian also figured out the rattling in furnace.

I have to say that I dealt with honest and friendly people from the first phone call until the job was done. Air Comfort of KY are honest, unlike some other companies, they didn't try to sell me extra stuff that I didn't need. They saw the job through, and were even there for me for me when I needed a bit of troubleshooting a few months down the line - and didn't charge me anything for that service.
They are professional and reliable and I would trust them in my own mother's home. Thanks Mark, Cody and their team at Air Comfort of KY!
