My family’s furnace went out and Air Comfort of Kentucky was amazing. We were having trouble with our home warranty company and Air Comfort of KY did everything in their power to help us. Mindy was very helpful with my mom and Mark (who actually came to fix the furnace when he could) was incredible. Mark was very knowledgeable and experienced. He took his time and made sure everything was installed properly. A second tech was with Mark and he made sure the tech was also doing things properly and took the time to explain things to him as well. He took the time to show me what things were and how to fix and do small things myself in the future, without having to call them. This company is always on time and very professional. They do what they can and try to accommodate. Use this company and ask for Mark!
