Our outside condensor unit quit working during the hottest week of the year. Spoke with Mendy and was scheduled for the very next day. She was very knowledgeable about what the issue probably was.
The next morning Cody and Mason arrived on time and got started right away. It could have either been a capacitor or the entire motor. The capacitor was going to be much cheaper. They could have told me anything but they said it was only the capacitor that was the issue.
I've never had a company do any sort of annual maintenance before, but they told me the bad capacitor would've been caught during a maintenance visit. After they told me about the annual maintenance plan I signed up. They didn't try to scare me into signing up for the plan, and there was absolutely no pressure, but it honestly didn't sound like a bad price for having someone come out twice a year to check on things.
Overall very happy I found them on the Trane website!
Robbie from Air Comfort came and did maintenance on our AC and Furnace and then installed a new furnace for us when we realized ours was past its useful life. He went above and beyond - making sure that the vents were correctly installed, not only for the furnace, but for our water heater and AC as well. Everything is in tip top shape now. Definitely recommend.

I have an older Carrier 2 stage system (2010) that I’ve owned since 2015. There are a number of unique constraints that require specialized attention; for example my systems are over capacity for this sized home.
Also, this custom home has an interesting installation; one wrong setting this system can raise my total daily AC consumption above 110KWH in a single day
Not only a customer, I get to work with their technicians and owners to diagnose solutions which during peak season had been a win-win for both of us.
