I gave them five stars because the importance of reviews of service is not to praise people only when things go right but more so to praise people when they respond the right way when things are not perfect, even minor issues after installation.

Excellent service. Both installers were good and professional. Great service. The front office, Mindy, was also very good. They forgot to turn the hot water on, though, after they finished the job. I'm not a skilled person to deal with that kind of stuff, even a minor issue; we called, and they were very professional. Cody returned the next day and went beyond his duties to help us figure out what happened and to get our starter from the water heater back on.

I would use them again.

We’ve used Air Comfort for regular tune-ups and repairs for at least 10 years. We’ve also had a second system installed by them. They’ve always been solid. Mindy is super nice and she’s on top of scheduling and reminders. Mark is to the point and transparent. All the techs we’ve had know their stuff, they do the work quickly, they make fair recommendations, and they don’t mind explaining things. The latest tech, Brian, tuned up our furnace - he was on time, thorough and respectful. I recommend this local business and the people who work there.

Air Comfort of KY was sent out from our home warranty company. Maybe that's why their service was so poor because they don't like jobs associated with a home warranty. They sent one technician out who charged us out of pocket not covered by warranty only to have the same problem reoccur 2 hours later. They sent a different technician out the next day who adjusted some air flow levels, let us know he was doing us a favor by not charging us (this is a home warranty call) and the problem was still not resolved or properly diagnosed. When I called in the afternoon to try to resolve the issue the office staff were incredibly rude. The technician called and spoke very demeaningly when I asked when they could properly diagnose/fix our issue. He stated he would not come back out and that the diagnosis was airflow is insufficient. When I asked what was causing the insufficient air flow as the cause may be a more accurate diagnosis he talked down to me.

I contracted Air Comfort to install a mini split heating and air conditioning unit for an addition that was built to my home but was inadequately heated and cooled. While the cost was a bit pricey, I have to say that it is making a world of difference this winter. All the folks I worked with from the sales manager, installers, and front office personnel were very professional, courteous, genuinely nice people who knew their business and genuinely wanted to make sure I was pleased every step of the way. I plan to use them to do the annual services on my home HVAC system after terminating my contract with another business due to unacceptable response time when I needed them most. The unit is brand new and I have high hopes that as the years go on, I can count on the same professional service from Air Comfort.

Air Comfort of KY has serviced our heating & cooling systems for a number of years. We contacted them today because of a "rattle" that was coming from our outside A/C unit. Air Comfort had a technician out this afternoon (same day!) to service the unit. They even reached out with a 30-minute text alert to let me know the technician was on his way. Their professional experience & customer service is top notch!

Mark was able to think outside the box to replace a broken boiler system. A tankless hot water system was already in place and fortunately it was able to be connected to function the hot water heat system too! Thanks for being innovative and competent!
