Came to do a leak search and made water leak in the unit. Company didn’t mind coming to send help and will charge for the littlest effort, made my experience with the company absolutely awful.

After getting several quotes from other installers I was impressed when Air Comfort's installer actually did the calculations to work out the correct size we needed (the others mostly just guessed). The quote was reasonable - and when they turned up to do the install they were very professional, with the install being very tidy, any mess being cleaned up, and the system worked fine. I wouldn't hesitate to use Air Comfort again, and probably will do so next year.
