I have used A+ Derr for several years. They always do an awesome job!! All their technicians are professional. I couldn't ask for a better place to do business with.

Everything was great. From the sellsmen to installers.
Professional, respectful and a lot more.

The service technician, Lafonzo Rochel, showed up on time and immediately began checking my Lennox heating unit. He had lots of technical support to monitor my heating unit. Afterwords, he explained the sounds/sights he had put the furnace through. I was relieved when he said my role in maintenance was pour bleach solution into the two ports, that I agreed to do. The technician obviously was knowledgeable of his craft. It was his passion for insuring peak performance from my unit that I found refreshing. Thanks

I was not completely satisfied with the recent yearly maintenance service as the technician did not clean the leaves from the outdoor compressor unit as I had expected. Otherwise A+ Derr has provided great service in the past.

Austin was great! Learned so much from him! He was very articulate about how my HVAC system work, which filter I need to be buying, the proper use of my EMheat setting on the thermostat (which I never knew) and showed me with his heat gun the temp of the air coming out of my vents!! Impressed! No repairs needed, I just needed to be informed! Worth the fee!
And, I need to mention that he was prompt, friendly and polite. Much appreciated. Thank you.

Lafonzo was very respectful, on time, answered any questions I had also educated me on the thermostat and presented me with a maintenance plan if we choose that route. Overall a pleasure to work with!

Matt was the installing technician. He explained everything in detail. He came by later to install a thermostat. I am very happy with his service and the company in general.
