THE best service I've ever had! Technician (Louise) was on time, never stopped working for every minute of the six hours he was here! Honest, caring, professional. Gave me complete analysis of my three units, and showed me where one MIGHT need future servicing. He could have easily told me I needed a new unit NOW and I would have bought it, but instead he told me I could wait! I was another firm for 25 years and finally left them after being told one thing by one tech, something else by another. OPH&C was spectacular from their customer service in the their office to their field reps. If you aren't using these people, you're using the wrong ones! Really!

Zack was my furnace technician for my Fall maintenance program. He was very thorough and explained the readings I had and how they compared to what is recommended and why. That extra detail was very much appreciated! He also asked questions about our habits and wishes and what would be the best way to manage the thermostat. This service was above and beyond expectation. Thank you for sending Zack to my home.

My technician, Derek, arrived in the first half of the two hour window I was given for a furnace check appointment. He was professional, friendly, and seemed very experienced despite being a younger guy. He explained all of the work he did in detail, set my furnace to run more efficiently, and made suggestions without being pushy or trying to sell me a service contract, etc. First time I've used OPHC, and will not be the last.

Absolutely great experience. AC was broke and they were out here same day to get it looked at. The were upfront with the pricing for what I needed to do. It was a fair price and they got the AC working again that day and came back a few days later to complete the repairs. Great communication throughout.

Thank you for your quick response to my request for help with our thermostat. The service worker was great! I asked his name, and he said Ryan. He said he works with industrial accounts, but was helping out today. He inspected everything after the installation and everything is working fine! What a relief! I trust your company and their great service to us during the years.

Our fan stopped running last night, and I called them to get on the schedule. Derek was here at 8 AM sharp this morning, and found the source of the problem. He opened up the unit, showed me in detail where the issues were, and had us up and running quickly, and much less expensive than I anticipated. This company is awesome and very ethical, and if you are lucky enough to get James or Derek, you will be in great hands for sure!

I have been beyond impressed with the service we're received from OPHC's technicians. My husband and I are new homeowners, and both technicians who have come out to visit us have been friendly and helpful. It's apparent that they are committed to helping us save money on our utility costs and the technicians have given us a lot of helpful information without talking down to us - we always feel empowered after the technicians complete their job!

I have used Overland Park Heating and Cooling for several years after struggling with other companies. They are well organized, follow through, and arrive on time. Recently, Chris was at our home for three hours testing our two independent systems to make sure everything was performing to technical standards. He reviewed everything with me and made me feel that I was in good hands. I recommend the company.
