I have used Lancaster Brothers for my heating and air maintenance since I moved to KC 18 months ago. They are prompt, courteous and clean. This year when I turned on my a/c- it barely had “cool” air blowing. I called and the got me in right away since this was more than just “maintenance”. Justin came out and assessed the issue and even called the manufacturer for me to check on the part being under warranty (it was!). They ordered the part and got me on the schedule ASAP. There was an issue with the part, but Justin made a Home Depot run and made it work so I wouldn’t be without cold air another night. He was very friendly, good with my pets, and cleaned up when he was done. I’m super happy with Lancaster Brothers service and the quality of work.

First time I have use this company, but will definitely use them again in the future! My air conditioner stopped working in the middle of July and they were able to come out the very next day. The technician was right on time and provided outstanding customer service.

Anthony was the technician that came out and checked my parents air conditioning unit. We could not get it to blow cold air but he gave it a thorough going over and found that it was working just fine and that everything is OK with their unit. He didn’t rush through it. He spent lots of time, making sure that he didn’t miss some thing. Such a nice young man and I would recommend mend him and Lancaster Brothers to anyone.

I've used Lancaster Bros for almost a decade now. They are very reliable, trustworthy, honest and respectable. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a regular HVAC tech. They do regular checkups that are very affordable that help stave off the bigger problems that could happen. You cannot go wrong with this great company!!

Anthony came out and checked out our A/C unit to make sure it was working fine. Anthony took the time to explain everything he was checking and why. That important to me. Plus the coils where very dirty and he cleaned very well and explained why you need to keep them clean. I would recommend Lancasters to anyone.

Ben called me a couple of hours before the scheduled maintenance check on our A/C unit to see if he could start the work early. We confirmed the new time and he arrived as planned. Did a thorough check of indoor and outdoor unit. Gave me specific results of testing. Great customer interaction skills.

I thought his name was Anthony. He was polite and was good about informing me of the results of his AC check. He switched out the filter and said everything looked good. Note: There needs to be an adjustment on our address, since the employees keep being sent to the wrong place.

Joe has been our HVAC technician for years. We trust him to take care of our system and advise us on any needed repairs. He's always professional, efficient and on time. Highly recommend Lancaster!
