Lancaster Brothers has been our heating and cooling company for many years and have provided us excellent and friendly service for every one of those years. One thing I especially like is that they try and send the same service person to your house each time; which we really like. Our service person is Kevin. It is so nice to know the person who is coming into your home and to be able to build a relationship over time. Additionally, Kevin does a phenomenal job!

Lancaster Brother's Heating & cooling put in the HVAC put in our zoned systems of our new home and so far we are pleased. One of our systems wasn’t working, though, so Jesus and Mario came out to take a look at it. First, they were very respectful and professional. Before coming into the house they put on booties, which I appreciated very much. I wouldn’t have asked them to do so but was grateful that they did. Secondly, I had some questions that they answered very well. In fact, they were excellent teachers explaining the systems and how they work. Thank you, Lancaster Bros., Mario and Jesus!
