Jesus called prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way and an approximate time he would be arriving. He had the biggest smile on his face when I answered the door, introduced himself, and got to work on my furnace right away. He explained what he would be doing and how long it would take. As this was an AC maintenance call, he checked the unit outside as well. He was in and out in 30 minutes and was very thorough in his explanation of what had been done. He took my payment on the spot which was very convenient and emailed me the receipt. Very courteous and professional throughout the entire service call. Thank you, Jesus!!!!!

I had called another company to install a new thermostat. They left the job undone -- and us with no AC -- when I refused to keep paying them for more-and-more-expensive fixes to what started as a simple problem. I called Lancaster based on their positive reviews, and they responded promptly and professionally finished the job -- for a fraction of what the other company bid. Eric and his assistant were polite and extremely thorough, and explained what they needed to do, why, and the benefits of completing the repair that way. I will continue using them for my HVAC maintenance and repair.
