I don't typically do this sort of thing, but sometimes - folks deserve an "at a boy". I'm amazed by the help I received today (1/8/2015) I have a ground source heat pump that was installed several years ago by another company. I noticed recently that the "Auxiliary Heat" has been on a lot (this is when the ground source compressor gets some help with an auxiliary heat unit) I've been having challenges get my installer "call back" so I checked out the manufacturers' website (Climate Master) and noticed that in our KC area - Grandview Furnace Company is the only "Elite" dealer. Taking a chance...I lobbed a call. Couple hours later, I had "Joe" on the line. He has 24 years experience with ground source systems. Walked me - over the phone - on a couple basic steps to examine the system - only to find out that a likely voltage spike, shut my compressor down. Within minutes - he had me back in business. I asked him to bill me for his help - he refused. How often does that happen. These guys are now my service pro for my ground source system. Awesome experience - and it became evident - that Joe really knows is stuff.

Extremely disappointed by the treatment I received from the office manager. She was rude and disrespectful and wouldn't allow me to finish my sentence when I called with an issue I had. I will never call them for service because of the way I was treated.
