Lancaster Bros are very responsive and always get my problem resolved. Love Marc, the technician we usually see. He goes the extra mile! And he's so nice even when he had to come out to see why my touch screen thermostat didn't work and had to tell me it was just because my finger tips were too dry. LOL! True story.

JD Sandow was our technician. He was very prompt , very friendly and polite. When our house was built the HVAC installers were Lancaster Brothers so we thought we should stay with them. Good choice. Very happy with our service.

The service technician that came out, Mark, was very professional and took the time to explain the system in the new house we purchased. I didn’t feel like he was out to sell me things we didn’t need. After we explain an issue we were having, He did make a suggestion as to a part that we could add to our system to help make it more efficient. Will definitely use them for our future havac needs.

Joe did a great job inspecting and servicing our furnace. He was on time, personable, and works efficiently. Lancaster Brothers went out of their way to work me into their already booked schedule.

Chris Lancaster is an honest guy. I called him on a Sunday night at 6 pm about our geothermal system acting up. He advised that he thought it was the condensation line. We discussed the fix. I attempted to fix it and was able to clear the clog of junk in the line. I called him back, told him that he was exactly right and the system was working again. I was happy he did not have to leave his family on a day off, but I asked him to still send me a service call bill, as he did a service and fixed my problem over the phone, on a hot day to boot. He said he would not send me a bill, gave me a few additional words of free advice and went back to enjoying his weekend. A great guy, and honest guy and a great company. Thank you!

Professional, courteous and responsive. We had minor challenges with our ductwork in our new home. The owner and senior leader pledged their personal time and commitment to resolution.
