Don was so great at explaining the system and components. Very polite and direct. We have used this company at another house since a highly advertised firm's workers stole $45,000worth of jewelry. OPS's workers seem very trustworthy and highly competent and the office is so nice to deal with on the phone.

Wow, what a great company! Overland Park Heating and Cooling truly cares about their customer and doing the job right that will last for years. I had to have my system replaced after the hail storm last year and then joined their maintenance program. No longer do I have to worry about changing the air filter checking to make sure everything is working properly, or get the system switched over for the weather changes. I have had my fair share with heating and cooling company and getting stuck with a huge bill after they left for services I had no idea what they were. It’s nice to be able to trust your technician!!

Our AC stopped working unexpectedly. OPH@C had someone out very fast. They told us what was wrong, gave us a fair price and checked out our system. I would definitely recommend and use again!

We had an issue with our upstairs unit not blowing cold air. In the summer, the upstairs can get mighty hot! Service from OPHC was quick to act and we got the air back on in hours. Then- with a check of the outside unit they identified some wear on the condenser fan motor which was still under warranty and Ryan came back out to replace that for us! Fantastic service!

We were very pleased from with the service from the start to finish. Two weeks ago our water heater started leaking over the weekend. I called OP heating and cooling and both the owner and general manager arrived within a few hours and replaced it. They showed me the how the old water heater (purchased in 2011) had calcified. I decided to buy a water softener and humidifier which they installed later that week. It's been three weeks since we had the equipment and I don't know how we lived without a softener or humidifier all these years. As a bonus the tech noticed that the heat pump was not configured correctly and my electric bill dropped 120 bucks since last month.

Excellent service and technicians. We had our A/C and furnace replaced 6 years ago and continue to use OPHC for our routine maintenance. Everyone is very professional and courteous and the technicians arrive on time.

Luis repaired our AC and provided great recommendations to improve the efficiency of our heating and cooling system. He was thorough and spent all the time needed to do the job right. Luis was polite, helpful, and a real professional. I couldn't recommend Luis and OP Heating & Cooling any higher!

Zack installed a humidifier in line to my heating system. It’s has made a big difference in our air quality. The install was clean and well done. Very happy with end result and will use them in the future.

We have been OPHC customers for nearly 20 years and can't imagine switching. We appreciate how thorough and proactive OPHC is, and their technicians are always courteous and professional.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Their annual preventive maintenance plan is worth it. As part of the plan, the techs come over twice a year to run extensive tests and make sure everything is working fine. The visit lasts around an hour and the tech makes sure the inside and outside units are in good condition. Should help avoid unexpected repairs.
