-we needed an ASAP appointment due to the dogs we have, and they scheduled us for next day.
-Steven B was our technician and he arrived early relative to scheduled time.
-Steven was professional, knowledgeable, and explained to us what was happening and why (functionally, in a great way for two people without HVAC know-how).

We recently experienced the misfortune of our furnace’s demise. We called for a technician to come out on a Sunday and we had the pleasure of meeting Poney. He diagnosed the problem within minutes of arriving. He was able to get the furnace running temporarily for us. We decided it was time to invest in a new heating and cooling system. The new furnace, air conditioner, and steam humidifier were installed today by three very knowledgeable and polite technicians. They were very respectable of our home and did a fantastic job. We couldn’t be any happier. Kudos to United for employing such wonderful young men. Way to go Zac, Derrick, and Justin as well as Poney and Dan L.

UH&C has been out to the house a couple of times this week. I am taking care of my mom who has Alzheimer's and the other day the heat was off so I called UH&C and they set an appointment for someone to come out. The weather has been so back and forth that I thought I really didn't need them to come out so I called back to cancel. The girl on the phone reminded me that if the furnace motor is out the AC won't work either. That was the best information she could have given me. The next day it was pretty warm out and the repair man was at my house installing a new motor. I was so glad to see him, they send the same person out each time so he's familiar with me and the furnace. I like that they email receipts so I never have to wonder what I did with it and I can easily send a copy to my brother out of state.

They provide an "emergency number" to call but it seems that no one answers it when needed.
