Always great service. I have used them for years. Doug Crews did a fantastic job tailoring the right system for my house. It eliminated a cold downstairs and warm upstairs. They were not the cheapest, however, it was worth every penny. My energy bills are drastically reduced and the automatic humidifier w/ sensor is the best!

This was our first time with Overland Park and the experience was fantastic! Don and Derek were extremely knowledgeable and efficient. They provided a complete analysis of our HVAC's current operating condition and potential future repairs that might be needed. They recorded model numbers of our equipment to insure proper replacement items, filters, UV light, etc., would be on their truck during future service calls. After having dealt with an incompetent company for several years, Overland Park was a breath of fresh air.

James called to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional, courteous and explained everything he was doing. He cleaned the air conditioner, checked the system and filter. Everything was working fine and is ready for summer. The receipt was emailed to me shortly after he left. I'm very pleased with my service I received today.

Bought a brand new place, and a few elements of the AC/HVAC system were not set up properly. They came out to my place quick (in the middle of a heat wave), and got everything fixed up quickly! Great value, and the tech took the time to go over monthly maintenance recommendations, as I was a new homeowner. Many thanks!

Had Chris out for a normal checkup and he was very thorough and had no problem taking time to tell me exactly what he was doing and why. Really seemed very thorough and friendly. Even put on shoe protectors even though it wasn't really necessary. Made some good recommendations and I will definitely keep referring anyone I know to Overland Park Heating and Cooling.

Don J was professional and explained what he planned to do. When he was done, he let me know our system was in good shape but planned to return to install a different filter. Super polite. He was friendly to my two dogs, even the one that wouldn't stop barking at him. Don made it easy for me to continue working while he was doing the maintenance work.

Ryan responded to an after hours emergency call on Friday, May 6, 2016, because the air conditioner was not working and the temperature was over 80° in upstairs rooms. He diagnose the problem and provided an interim solution. I am really impressed with the rapid response to service calls when there is an emergency!

Ryan came out Monday because the AC was not working. I had called after hours the night before leaving a message and OPHC sent Ryan out first thing in the morning. I was impressed with the quick response! Ryan did a great job of diagnosing the problem finding that I had 3 small leaks in my freon line, 2 of which were located in the coils at either end. He provided a short-term solution and now I have AC once again and things are working fine.

Jeremy did a great job! He was very meticulous, thorough, and I was very pleased with his demeanor and attitude. He explained everything and discussed my options. His partner, Ryan, was assisting and supervising as needed. I was impressed with Ryan and his diverse background and experience. Visiting with both people reinforced my conviction that OPHC is a high quality operation. OPHC installed my furnace and A/C around the year 2000. Doug Crews, the owner of OPHC handled the process and I was very pleased with everything he did. After 10 years, when my warranty ran out I signed up with a competitor who provided an extended warranty for a number of years. When the extended warranty ran out, that company's work was unsatisfactory to me. So I came back to OPHC, even though I had already prepaid for my spring tuneup with this competitor. I am pleased with my decision! OPHC is all about quality from the owner, Doug Crews, all the way down through his excellent employees. You can't go wrong with OPHC. I trust them and heartily recommend them!

Nov 15, 2016--James Ulmer was out service rep. He was on time, very courteous, and friendly. He checked our furnace system thoroughly, changed filters, and also found a very small gas pipe leak. We were very pleased he found it, and quickly resolved it. We were highly impressed, and would look forward to his service in the future, when needed.

I was very pleased with the promptness and efficiency of Don Johns when he came to my house to repair my A/C on Wed. Aug. 25, 2016. I have been a customer of OPH&C since 1983. I have always recommended them to my neighbors and friends. Thank you very much for your continuous good service.
