Just before I starting writing this review, I looked at the OTHER Yelp reviews - something I had not done prior to contacting them to request service - and found my experience to be much more positive than some of the previous reviewers’ experiences. Most the negative reviews were from from more than a year ago and I don’t know if anything changed from a leadership perspective at the company, or if I simply stumbled into a situation that turned out very fortunately for me; but I was quite pleased.

I called for same-day repair service for a thermostat issue and the initial contact was pleasant and helpful and they arranged for a technician to visit that same afternoon, and it was after noon (yes I said it again but this time I mean it as a time of day) when I called. So that was impressive that they accommodated the request. We had no way to control the heating and cooling if this issue hadn’t been resolved, but it was indeed resolved, and to our satisfaction.

Our technician, Zach, was able to diagnose the issue and as he said when he left, he wasn’t about to leave without fixing the problem. That’s an attitude I appreciate - it’s dedication. It took him a bit to figure it out but once he did, it was fixed in a very reasonable period of time.

I found the cost reasonable, and they didn’t tack on a distance charge like some repair companies do.

So all I had was quick response, pleasant interaction scheduling the appointment, same day service in half a day, and problem fixed with a cost I could live with.

I would hire them again.

Called them for estimate on replacing my AC and more. They told
me they would call me back when when an appointment could be confirmed. I never heard from them. I was a previous customer. The company I went with Beebe had a person out the same day.

Derrick is a friendly, courteous you man. He did an Excellent job in repairs to our furnace!!

This was the first time we've used OPHC and we were very pleased. They originally gave us a 2 hour window to do a maintenance check on our 2 furnaces. I was called and told they were running early and was asked if that would work, which worked out great. Derek was our technician and he was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Our furnaces are both 14 years old, and he said they were in great shape and didn't try and sell us new units. He did give me a couple of quotes on some things we might consider, but not pushy at all. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again.

All of technicians at OPHC are very capable and professional, but Derek went above and beyond explaining parts of our system that we didn't understand before. This is why we always use OPHC for all our HVAC needs.

We needed to replace our AC and found OPHC though a Google search, what a blessing! Eric at OPHC is professional, knowledgeable, and honest. From bid to installation completion, I have never had a better customer experience. It is nice to know that good vendors who focus on customer satisfaction and treat people with respect still exist. I give OPHC my highest recommendation, we will be using OPHC for all of our HVAC and water needs going forward!
