Doug and his crew replaced our 27-year-old Lennox furnace and AC systems with new Lennox units. They were prompt, professional, and friendly. We had a great experience and recommend them highly.

I typically don’t submit reviews but felt I needed to after today’s experience. This was the first time Zack came to our house to perform our fall maintenance service. After shaking my hand and introducing himself I could tell he was very friendly and personable. After showing him to the furnace he invited me to stay while he performed his checks, if I wanted to, which I did. Before he even started on the furnace he checked our soft water system’s salt level and offered to add a bag which I accepted. Zack was very communicative. We not only talked about personal subjects but he explained everything he was checking throughout the process and answered any questions I had. Zack is very knowledgeable and pointed out a couple issues that may need to be addressed in the future. Thank you Zack for your professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge!

We have only been at this house for 2.5 years but the previous owners had Overland Park Heating & Cooling install the central heat and air system which is why we chose initially to use them for our maintenance. We also had them install a new soft water system. That process went smoothly from the initial consult, to the installation, and now the maintenance. Their prices are reasonable, they have friendly staff, and they stand behind their work. That is why we will continue to use them and I highly recommend them.
