If I could give -5 I would. Randy Gilmore left us with non working a/c after paying him 7,000. Never made it right .Had to pay 7,000 more to have a new company come fix his mess! Said he was ill in hospital. Then saw him at home depot!! Never gave us papers as promised!!! Scam BEWARE!! When we asked for a refund he actually had the nerve to say the company helping us out of his mess up was taking advantage of us. REALLY!!!!

This company kept kept my credit card information and tried to make over $2000 in unauthorized charges. My credit card company's fraud department stopped at least 4 charges from going through. The owner, Randy Gilmore was notified and never contacted me to offer an explanation.

I had a new air conditioner/furnace installed the end of May/Early June 2014- The job was never completed nor will they return my phone calls. I am about to contact a lawyer or call for action as I spend another Holiday weekend SWEATING. Eric & Klancy White....Calling a lawyer
