They came out on a Sunday after our ac went out Saturday night. They were so professional and kind. Fixed the unit right away. Was so very impressed. Wiĺ definitely use them again.

Communication was awesome from start to finish. Everyone was super nice and got the job ✅ done. Chris was awesome, took his time with us and didn’t make us feel rushed while asking him a bunch of questions about our new home. He explained things to us very nicely.

Ultra really came through for me. I was in a situation where I needed a technician to come out as soon as possible. I explained my situation and Monica was able to find a couple of techs who could come out within the hour. Both techs who came out with friendly, knowledgable and explained everything in details. They were able to diagnose what was wrong with my furnace, find the warranty and replace the piece in under an hour. Great experience and will be using Ultra again in the future.

Monica and Scott at Ultra Heating & Cooling were a pleasure to do business with. We had an A/C emergency and Scott was at our house in no less than a few hours after we spoke to Monica. We used Ultra to replace our very old furnace system. Their prices came in lower than anyone else and they were responsive to calls, texts and emails. Very happy with our new system!

Even though they were very busy they made time to take care of all of my questions addressing the heating and cooling special conditions of our house and ensuring we got a high quality system that was going to perform well for the long haul.

To expand on this a little further, they were very responsive and thorough in their follow-up. I was particularly appreciative of their patience with me in that I had a lot of detailed questions (probably a lot more than normal) with me being a Mechanical Engineer. They followed-up quickly on all of my questions. Through this, I believe we got the right system with the right features for our needs while balancing initial cost against the long term energy efficiency benefits.

Ultra was extremely pleasant to deal with, from the request of a bid over the sales guy coming and doing the first proposal, entering in negotiation and alterations, respecting my concerns and demands, to closing the deal and showing up on time and working the way they promised/outlined.
Without mentioning anyone specifically, they all as a team got it right, and the sales guy showed up again to check whether his "promises" were done before I could even check on it.
Ultra, you made it, I am happy today - and I will add if the equipment makes what is expected.
Give them a chance, I believe you won't be disappointed.

I called Monday morning because my old AC was having trouble keeping the house cool. John was able to come out about 90 minutes after my call. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly, had the part on hand, and got my AC fixed. I'm very happy and will definitely call them for any future AC or furnace work.

Update Jul 29 2021 - this is the third time I've called Ultra. My AC unit started making a funny noise. It's a very old unit. They said they could come out this afternoon, but was actually able to come by a few hours early! Scott was very friendly and polite, and explained everything that needed to be checked as he went. The repair didn't take him terribly long, and the total cost was reasonable.

Rafael came out to do furnace winter tune-up. Did a great job- very thorough and knowledgeable about the furnace. Very conscientious about his work. Superior employee and company!

These guys came out on Christmas Day for a $99 service charge and fixed our problem for another $81. The other HVAC company I called wanted a $400 dollar service charge just to come out, Lord only knows what they would have charged additionally. A third company we called, which was a call to their "24-7 emergency line" never even bothered to come back. UltraKC is honest and fairly priced. Monica was awesome on the phone, and Scott, our technician, was superb in our home. With all the price gouging that is going on in home services, it's nice to know there are some companies still in town that want your business for life instead the old cash grab.
