Jason was the most professional technician I have ever encountered. He explained everything as he went along and made my wife and I happy with our decision to have Temperature Pro do our change out. Also, Justin was very very helpful with the financial end of the process. Being retired and not as sharp as I once was, I feel these two individuals particularly, are in the top of their field and feel confident enough to recommend them to anyone that needs help with their AC or heater. I dont recall the helper that Jason had with him but he was very knowledgeable and pleasant also. The leaders of Temperature Pro have a very good reason to be proud of their workers. Very good customer awareness and support.

Justin and his team at Tempature Pro was absolutely amazing. After noticing my A/C at my office was struggling to keep up with the heat wave we’ve had lately I knew I needed to call somebody. Quickly after reaching out, Justin and his team were able to get out asap and not only diagnosis my issue but give me multiple options on how to go about repairs instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive thing. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality service with reasonable pricing!

Edit - 20-Nov-22: had a service visit for the furnace check up now that winter is here. Super professional service from Jason, even took time to answer questions from me and my 9yr old. Helped us understand how to best run our equipment for efficiency and reliability. Still highly recommend.

Back in June, I had to have a Radon charge put into my A/C unit due to a leak. The HVAC company I had performing my routine service didn’t carry R22 anymore so I had to search for another company to get the charge. I am extremely glad I found TemperaturePro! Jason was extremely professional and helpful. He got right to work diagnosing the problem. I was offered multiple options to resolve the issue and was not pressured into the more expensive options. I really appreciated how quickly TemperaturePro was to respond, and how quickly they resolved the issue, as June was not the time to be without A/C.
By mid-August, I was ready to replace my A/C, Furnace and Humidifier. The A/C and Furnace were over 20 years old, and with the A/C taking a type of Radon that was essentially obsolete, I figured it was time to upgrade. I reached out to several companies for an estimate, including several of the larger companies in the KC area, the company that was performing my routine maintenance, and TemperaturePro.
TemperaturePro offered the same A/C, Furnace and Humidifier as all of the other companies, but at a significantly lower price. TemperaturePro also could schedule the installation of the new system much faster than the other companies.
Here are the reason I will be a lifelong customer of TemperaturePro:
1). Fast response time - I’m not just a number is a queue when I call their office number or send an email.
2). Professional service - Jason, the technician I had for the repair and install, is very knowledgeable and treated my system like it was the system in his own home, not just another job.
3). Quality work - The new unit passed inspection with only a minor issue. TemperaturePro made the necessary corrections and the new system has been functioning perfectly.
4). Communication - Good Customer Service is difficult to find. From my initial contact, TemperaturePro has treated me as a valued customer and has worked to ensure my satisfaction. I appreciate that and look forward to working with them.
