Everything, from dealing with Stan with my quote, to Jason and team on the install, went exceptional. Jason was very patient with me as I asked my many questions.

The system as has only been in place for a couple of days, and of course we are having beautiful weather right now so we are not using the A/C nor the heat, but from testing it appears as if everything is working as expected.

I would definately recommend Ultra Heating and Cooling, and I am sure I will love the Goodman equipment once it either heats up again, or cools down some more.

I had heard from another company that I needed a new furnace/Ac unit. Ultra gave me the best quote, the best information, came on time, did the installation quickly and have come out for the maintenance for the first season change. They've been super quick to respond any time I had a question.

This company is a total ripoff! They overcharged me terribly. I was told my ac unit was running perfect after they installed a capacitor and freon($600) Then 2 weeks later they had to come back. I was then told it needed more freon and paid another $562.00. I called my warranty company,(which they wouldn't accept) and another technician found 3 leaks and it was replaced. ULTRA worked on my unit for years charging me for freon and NEVER recommending or performimg a leak test. They sound very knowledgeable and convincing,but will RIP you off. Please do not use this company.
