We were extremely satisfied with our ac\heating systems installation. The servicemen arrived on time and worked very diligently. They were very professional and answered our questions. Plus their price was very competitive.
Most companies seem easy to work with when things are going according to plan. However, the companies that truly care about treating their customers right, separate themselves when things don't go according to plan. This weekend, Ultra separated themselves from all Home Maintenance repair companies I have ever worked with (not just heating and cooling, I'm talking plumbers, pest control, etc.). Without going into detail, a mistake was made (an accident) on a routine service that caused a problem with our AC units. This wasn't noticed right away. It didn't come up until over the weekend. But without going any further, let me first say this was the only service where anything like this has ever happened. It truly was an anomaly. But they not only owned it, they came out 3 separate times, after hours over the weekend to make it right and never charged us a dime. They never once tried to say "well, there's no way to know for sure whether our tech caused this or not . . ." From all the years of disappointment dealing with other companies, I was expecting to have to dig my heels and perhaps have a battle. But from the outset they weren't concerned about cost, they were only concerned about making things right for us. It's how I try to treat my customers and as a result, I'm often left very disappointed with local companies that come nowhere close to that standard. But Ultra blew me away and reached a level of commitment to customers service I've not experienced locally. It's how I judge the companies I work with. How do they respond when it hit's the fan? Because sooner or later, a mistake will be made. We are all human, we all make mistakes. Most times these types of companies respond "ok." Not bad enough to let go, but they stay on a short leash until next time. Not Ultra, they now have a customer for life. Thank you Monica and Brennon for all your help over the weekend. Highly recommend Ultra Heating and Cooling. I had a 20 year old furnace and AC that had lived their best lives. The Ultra team did a wonderful job of helping me find their replacements along with a new water heater. From beginning to end, Nick answered my questions to ensure I was knowledgeable and happy with the system I selected and that it was within my budget. Jason and Marcus then did an awesome job of installing everything with care and precision. The team works together like the fine oiled machines that they service and sell. Thank you, Monica, Scott, Nick, Jason and Marcus - I couldn't be more pleased with the result.

Ultra saved the day for me when in the midst of the coldest weather on record in February of 2021 my furnace went kaput. This company kept me warm and my pipes from freezing with loaned space heaters. Then many many people worked tirelessly over the next several days to find a unit that would disassemble and fit into my crawl space. They also installed a new AC unit and soon after a water heater. They are polite, patient, and so respectful. I highly recommend them!!
When we had an issue with our air conditioner, Ultra responded quickly and efficiently. Gave us a quote for exactly what it would cost. And they are doing a follow up at no charge to make sure the issue was resolved. I would give them more stars if I could. Thank you, Ultra!

Nice gentleman came to service my AC unit, which I bought from Ultra about two years ago. I can't say anything bad about this company so far. Excellent service all around. By the way, before I purchased my heating and cooling unit, I check and had interviewed about 10 companies, so that should tell you something.
The wonderful, fast, efficient, friendly and professional crew at Ultra cared for my 20+ year heating and cooling system and prolonged its fragile life. When my entire system heating and cooling system , plus water heater of 30+ years needed to be replaced I chose ultra. I chose Ultra because they had the best price by far, and the best equipment compared to the 3 other bids I received. Not only did I get an overall upgrade of my entire system , it was done in one day. I would recommend them to any one, without hesitation.
