I had my unit replaced by ultra heating and cooling about 3 years ago. Decided to sign up for the yearly maintenance program. Technicians always do an awesome job, getting the job finished in a timely manner. Shout out to Monica for always trying to find the best solution for my schedule- Thank you Monica!!

The service is great. I like them so much I recommended them to my church who has also used them. The technicians are professional and very helpful. The turnaround time on calls is unbelievable. The service is a great value for the price.

Arrived on time. Servicemen were very friendly and polite. Installation of both a new furnace and air conditioner was done in a short amount of time. Left the place cleaner than when they arrived. System was very reasonably priced.

my AC failed on me on one of the hottest weeks of the summer. I called Ultra they were quick to replace my system. Jason and Marcus did an amazing job with the install and was able to get me cooling again. I will defiantly use Ultra again

Technician was great! Administration was great! The only reason it's not 5 stars is because they tried to move my appointment the day before after waiting MONTHS for the appointment day and moving my work schedule around for it. After talking with them they decided to keep the appointment as is, so they are understanding but might have spontaneous changes!

We've had the same technician each visit, who is very professional, friendly, and helpful in explaining details of the service and my system's performance. Their team is quick to respond and show up. Satisfaction with their service led us to sign up for their maintenance subscription.

Ultra is great. I needed a new HVAC system and their salesman not only quoted me the best price, but he wasn't pushy at all (unlike literally everyone else I got a quote from). And their service team is fast and responsive, whether it's for maintenance or a seasonal checkup. No complaints whatsoever.
