Ultra Heating and Air Conditioning is simply…ULTRA! Monica, Stan, Keith, Jason, Marcus, Raphael and Cecil, we thank you! With temperatures in the 90’s, Stan got us out of a “hot spot” on a Friday evening. We were able to enjoy a comfortable weekend prior to the installation of a great new HVAC on Monday morning. The equipment and the pricing were exceptional. The house feels wonderful with a very even temperature. We are two happy customers.

Our air conditioner stopped working unexpectedly on a Saturday evening in July. They had a tech to our home within an hour, and he quickly identified and fixed the problem, for a very reasonable cost—all before I had even received a call back from any of the four other emergency AC repair companies I contacted. Everyone we dealt with was very polite, professional, and helpful, even though they were fielding our emergency service request over the weekend. We are very impressed and appreciative of the service, will definitely use again and would highly recommend.

Routine heat pump and furnace tune-up after a high monthly electric bill. Scott was my technician and as always did a great job, was very timely and respectful throughout the appointment. This is the second personal home of mine that I have had Ultra (and Scott) work on, and I always trust Ultra to do a great job and go above and beyond.

I was very pleased with my Service Tech Scott who inspected my AC system. He was very friendly and professional explaining everything as he went through the inspection. I also appreciate that he fallowed great social distancing practices while he was in my home.

So... 2 years latter, and I am still very happy with the service I am receiving. I have a new tech with them but they have amazing staff and they have a long term client. They have earned my loyalty.

Very honest shop and the techs take the time to explain things, which is really nice. I recently had my Control Board go bad, which Ultra quickly diagnosed correctly. I replaced that one myself to save some money (which they also were helpful and cool about), but they also did a great job installing my brand new AC earlier this year, and fixing some other parts on my furnace.

These guys know their stuff!

I have had Ultra for a few years now and they generally do a great job communicating what they are doing/looking for as well as making honest recommendations of when things are or are not necessary to deal with.
