Ultra came to look at my water heater within a hour of my call and had a new water heater installed before noon the next day. As always, they were very courteous, professional, quick, and cleaned up afterwards. Plus, Bill, the service provider, was enjoyable to talk to!

I had an A/C issue and Ultra was assigned by my home warranty company -- it's like I won the lottery!

They were on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, resolved it, and were gone. All in less than an hour!

The techs were extremely professional and clean -- they left the area as they found it. And the office staff was great in setting up the appointment.

I probably shouldn't mention this, but...they even let me play with their temperature gun! Seriously, though, they showed me how to use it so I could test the cooling effectiveness on my own. Very cool!

Very pleased with Service Tech Scott H. who inspected my AC system. He was very friendly and professional explaining things as he went through his checks and when my system needed something new. There was no pressure to purchase anything I didn't need and after replacing 1 part and adding some freon he insured my AC was cooling correctly before leaving. Monica in the office was also very friendly and patient as she explained my service options from a single service call to the Ultra Care Membership.

Easily made adjustments to quote and provided answers to all our questions. Installation techs were efficient, courteous and did a great job. Other quotes we received were seriously overpriced, pushy sales or here is a quote, when do you want it installed. Thank you Keith and company.

We love Ultra Heating and Cooling! They have been a wonderful company to work with: first when they installed a mini-split unit in our son's bedroom, and then second when they came within mere hours to fix our AC during a hot summer night. The technician's are friendly, prompt and professional. They put on booties when entering our home and even did well with our dog (who doesn't do well around men). Jobs were completed on time and on budget. I would recommend them to anyone needing heating and cooling services in the KC metro. We've used other companies in the past, but are loyal Ultra Heating and Cooling customers from here on out.

I've had a very challenging experience with Ultra. I signed up for the technician to come out and service my air conditioner for maintenance in my new home. He told me it was low on coolant and leaking so it should be replaced. It was 20 years old; when I bought the home 09/2018 I expected to update it at some point, but it was working fine. I signed up for a new system. After installing it, it took them a week to get it to work properly. A part needed to be replaced and vents needed to be worked on. Attic insulation was all over my house for me to clean up and they stood on a chair and broke it. They did give me a new filter and $200 for a hotel room when it wasn't working. I disputed the bill with my credit card company when it wasn't working, but when I thought it was fixed, I called them back and told them to pay the bill. Now they have charged me again for the same equipment and service so I have another pending charge for almost $7,000 they have not resolved with my credit card company even through my credit card company told me they have been paid. I replaced the system just to be sure it wouldn't die and I would be without air conditioning. But that is exactly what happened. I haven't seen my electric bill yet, but this more efficient unit seems to run a lot. And to double charge me is just shady. I'm going elsewhere for service.

Ultra was so great and quick to come to our house call! Scott was very curteous and did an excellent job at explaining everything he was doing and why. I liked the service so much I signed up for their care membership program. Would highly recommend.

Cecil was fantastic! He came out the same day, even though i called at 4:45 pm. He was professional and friendly and very knowledgeable. I'm only giving Ultra 4 stars because i was able to find another company that beat their quote for repair. But everything else was awesome!

The technician asked to use our outside faucet which I agreed. When he put our hose back on the faucet, he did not tighten the connection. I couldn't tighten as much as needed so now it drips.
