Great and responsive company with excellent technicians (shout out to Raphael for our emergency needs) came out within a few hours after our AC stopped working. They helped us realize we needed a new system for various reasons and we chose them to install it for us. The work looks top notch and they have been good to reach out and check on us and come the same day if we have an issue!

Tech arrived on time after calling ahead. Showed up with the right materials and inspected quite a few things before making a decision on the repair. Happy with the outcome.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. We needed an HVAC system for an old house we just purchased that only has a window unit. I got an estimate from 4 different companies in the area and I’m glad I went with these guys. Not only were they the most cost effective but they also offered the best system with highest BTU and efficiency furnace compare to the other estimates I got. They also did the most thorough inspection of the house including number of vents before they gave me an estimate. They were also able to install the system in a timely manner. Even as I wasn’t able to get financing through them, they were willing to work with me so they can install the system before we needed to move in and in a way we can meet our timeline. Everyone that I interacted with was great and they explained to me everything they needed to do in a way that’s easy to understand and without talking down on you. I want to give a special shoutout to Nick who was my main contact through the entire process, he is quick to respond and is very professional. Would highly recommend this company!

Ultra Heating and Cooling went above and beyond yesterday! I booked an appointment through my Nest app and it said it would be Monday afternoon before someone could come out to take a look at the A/C that wasn't keeping the house cool. Ultra called before lunch and had someone onsite in 45 minutes. The technician, Rafael, was amazing! He took the time to explain everything, was very polite and friendly, conscientious of the home and my dogs, and took pictures to show me what was going on with the unit. The A/C ultimately had frozen half of the coil, so he left to let it thaw while he worked on another job. About an hour later he called just to check that the fan was running as it should be to defrost everything and ensure the ice would be melted when he returned. He was back at the house by 5:15p, cleaned everything, showed me all of the tests he'd run, and everything is working perfectly today. Rafael also told me about the maintenance program but there was no high pressure sales attempt at it - just explanation of why it would help. I plan to follow up on that suggestion in the near future. I would definitely recommend Ultra and especially Rafael to anyone needing service!

Very timely, efficient and courteous. They installed my new furnace and A/C about 2 years ago. They come back winter and summer to service it. I highly recommend the team at Ultra Heating and cooling.

The technician, Raphael, was professional, friendly, and explained what he was doing and why, step by step as he was doing it. He explained options and significant details of the various course of actions, so that I could make informed choices. The pricing was reasonable, and the work was carried out in an efficient and competent manner. I was happy with the work done.
