Gosh, the monthly payment plan is so convenient for the bi-yearly tune ups for my AC and furnace, but more than anything the service techs are the most nice and hard working people you will ever meet! Could not recommend enough.

PROBLEMS! As much as we may try, not everything goes perfectly. How a company handles when problems occur is a true sign of their quality. I've used them more than once and am currently (and will continue to be) a member of their maintenance plan and when we did have an experience that was less than the stellar service we expected from Ultra were extremely quick, thorough, and attentive to address any concerns and ensure that we were both pleased with the outcome. This instills even more confidence that they are the right choice for us and our properties.

A great experience for several years. Extremely responsive, professional employees, "on call" appointments in the middle of the night for non-functioning heating/air conditioning issues, and very transparent pricing. I haven't felt "upsold" and because Ultra emphasizes enrollment in the maintenance program (which is billed monthly to even out costs) they have looked for ways to save our family money when repair/new installation work is needed.

We purchased a brand that had a recall this company was 3rd party to replace part. Tech that did the work was professional and friendly.

My furnace quit working just before a cold spell and Ultra responded quickly and got the problem diagnosed and repaired almost immediately! The first tech, Brennon, met me as soon as I got off work (the same day that I called) and diagnosed the problem. The earliest the manufacturer specific part could be picked up from their company was the following morning (which was a Saturday). Ultra was on top of it! The next tech, Larry, replaced the broken part on Saturday (as soon as I got off work again) and got the furnace working!

I've trusted Ultra for years now for my heating, cooling and water heater. From the first phone call, Monica listens and gets the action in motion to take care of the customer immediately. She's always amazing! Brennon and Larry were the techs helping me this time and both were knowledgeable, efficient, professional and very courteous! The communication among the departments/staff is the best I've seen to address the customer's individualized needs. They also go above and beyond to work around the customer's schedule. The owner is very involved and helps to ensure great customer satisfaction. I trust Ultra completely! Thank you Ultra!

We have multi tenant units and again, I can't say enough about Ultra H&C! Same day service! Professional Techs know what they're doing and give a legitimate and thorough estimate. This is the second unit Ultra has helped with - older AC, diagnosed and had the part on the truck. Simply replaced the part to get it functioning well. Price points are fair. Frankly, often other companies have a list of problems and push for replacement. Not these guys. Very pleased.

If your looking for cheap but good this isn't it. I told the guy who sold us a new HVAC and ac that we needed to keep it as cheap as possible and keep original parts if possible. They continued to put a small air conditioner in a old home with poor windows and insulation. So our ac is constantly running it is 85 degrees in our home when the thermostat is set to 70. We've had them come out to repair it 5 times now. They screwed up on the installation on multiple parts left water leaking out of the unit and practically have a cesspool in our basement from it. They have charged us $80 for all the 5 times they have came out here even though it was to fix their mistake. If I could give 0 stars I would but just thought someone should know to not use them especially if you are looking for something inexpensive.

Have had a great experience having Ultra maintain our HVAC system. They have been very honest when it came to pricing and needed repairs. Had HVAC go out and they were able to find a cheap fix for it rather than trying to sell me a new one. They are always on time and everyone who has come to our house was very professional. Highly recommend.

First time I used Ultra H&C and will continue to use this company! Bill came in and knew what was wrong, went right to it and fixed it - I was only charged for service call which of course I expected to pay and he said I'm not going to charge you for maintenance because I was not here long - that was so kind! Later that night 10:00 pm I turned furnace on and it didn't turn on, I just bawled and called Monica and she said we will get someone out there right away, I was blown away that they would do that but it turned out it was me, not the furnace - my house was 78 degrees and I had thermostat at 74, well of course it won't turn on, well after 10 minutes it dawned on me so I set it at 80 and boom the furnace kicked on, I was so relieved! Called Monica back and she was so sweet - I will definitely use Ultra from this day forward and get my new furnace with them! Thank you Bill for making my home toasty warm - it's a really good feeling knowing that there are companies out there that will be there for you 24/7 - love you all and thank you for being patient with me!
People call Ultra Heating and Cooling now if you want a trustworthy company who is out to help people, not see dollar signs!
