I needed to replace my heating and AC. A friend recommended Ultra Heating & Cooling to me as they had replaced their system and was happy with their experience. To me, word of mouth is the best advertisement!
The salesman, who came out to give me a bid, was knowledgeable and gave me options for the size of my house. He answered my questions as I had never replaced a furnace or AC system.
Jason, the installer, was professional and handled everything efficiently. I could tell he had done this many times as he worked methodically without hesitation getting the job done to his standards. Everything worked perfectly!
I am pleased with the service he provided me.

Amazing service. I hired them for routine annual maintenance of heating and cooling system(including mini splits). Both times someone has come to my home they were extremely nice, professional, and very thorough. Even Monica, who answers the phone and does scheduling deserves some recognition for being awesome and pleasant. I recommended them to anyone looking for service/repairs/installation. They also installed a brand new a/c and heating system as well as tankless water heater for my son. I have nothing but good things to say about this company.

I could not say enough good things about this company. They did great work, were very fast and had a price significantly better than any other company I've talked to over several years. Many companies try to charge a ton for a mini split install and Ultra's quote was very reasonable and much appreciated.

Very professional. They arrived on time and finished the work must faster than estimated (they had additional workers available that day apparently). New AC, furnace, and water heater all installed in a few hours. Everything works great. Very professionally done at a reasonable price. Didn't try to upsell extended warranty or "service membership" that other firms insisted on. Highly recommended.

Ultra Heating and Cooling takes good care of their customers no matter what. I know most of their names and they make me feel like I'm a valuable customer. They are quick to respond and fix any issue that arises with equipment.

On 3/10/23 I used this company to install a new hot water tank. I had a visit from the company who estimated the job and gave me a great price. They also gave me advice regarding other services, which had been recommended by other companies and explained why they weren't needed. No upsells here. The next day, I had a technician out to do the install. Everything went great! I would highly recommend this company to anyone over the larger industry companies.

I purchased a residence needing new heating and cooling systems (along with a long list of other projects) so time, quality, and costs were all equally important considerations.
Like every homeowner the quality, dependability, durability, longevity, and total cost of ownership were rigors Ultra needed to address when presenting brand, installation, and maintenance options.
We received other vendor bids and felt the most comfortable with Ultra. They were not the least expensive but they offered more so felt they offered the greatest value.
The installation was timely and without issue, the staff was professional, courteous, and respectful of my property. Seasonal maintenance has been managed solely by Ultra and effortless on my part. They come when scheduled, are very thorough, find and address any performance matters and offer suggestions as needed.
My relationship with this HVAC company will likely outlast the equipment lifetime.
This company does the right thing for the client.

I'm so thankful for Ultra Heating and Cooling. I was quoted an inflated price for installing a new AC unit by another company I've been with for years. I emailed Ultra, and they came out the next day to give me an estimate. Ultra was half the price. The gentleman (Stan) even offered to put in a window unit until my appointment, which was only two business days later. Also, the owner and his partner stopped by to check on the installer. I call that customer service!

I got new AC and Furnace installed. Their service from 1st phone call to installation was absolutely outstanding! Very friendly and professional. Best quality at a great price. A big kudos to Monica, Stan, and Jason.
