Hired on January 29 for $19000.00 worth of plumbing upgrades. Permits and inspections not acquired for job. Gas leaks for weeks until service shut down by gas company for dangerous leaks. Two weeks in February no heat no hot water in home and family displaced for that time period. Inspections did not pass so more work had to be done to turn on utilities. Heat and hot water for home not functioning until end of February. Horrible business practices and communication. They got there money and that's what they cared about ! Do not use them !!

Roger the Plumber is very good at selling and installing HVAC systems. The problem is finishing. I've purchased both AC and furnace systems but inevitably there is something done poorly at installation which requires a follow up visit. Seems if you are not dropping several thousand dollars they are not concerned. Angry, yes I am.

Very responsive. Was on time. Did a very nice job on replacing bathtub stems with a single diverter. Very professional explained everything very well.
