I thought they were very knowledge and very informative about my unit. The only thing I could see needs improvement was the way you clean the coils of my unit. You need a straight wand that would allow you to spray water from inside the unit. The wand needs to be about 3 feet long 1/4 inch wide that would fit thru the fan blades on top of the unit. This would allow the dirt to be removed from the unit instead of blowing it back into the unit. After all you suppose to be removing dirt from the unit not blowing it back into the unit Look forward to your reply

Michael A Schultz was very courteous. Michael explained to me the details of what's being done. And there was some other items that he found that needed attention , to help prolong the efficiency of my unit. He is great!

Nick is very good at what he does. He came to fix our air conditioning. He was very professional and on time. He explained things to my husband and I after he was done. I would recommend this business to everyone.

This was an AC tune up. Communication from the office in scheduling the appointment was good. The technician, Blake, was on time, courteous and professional. My coils were full of cottonwood seeds and he took care of that quickly and showed me the difference in performance that made.

Michael was on time, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to very quickly diagnose my issue and get my AC up and running in no time. Will call again for any future issues!

These guys are great. I was installing a new garbage disposal and the drain pipe out of the house was rusted and couldn't thread any pipe onto it. Bryan came out on time, gave his honest opinion and gave me a quote and suggestions for the time being until I have the money to replace the whole drain pipe. He was very friendly and not pushy to do the expensive fix right then. I will definitely call them when I'm ready.

We called on a Saturday needing same day service, we were told someone would be there 10-12, but may be a little late since they are running behind. No problem. We waited, 2 o’clock we called, they said two people were ahead of us. Called again at 5. Said that he was at a house close by but we were next, and to not worry they will be there today. 730 the tech calls to tell us he won’t be coming by because he may or may not have the parts to fix the problem. So now we have no water to our house until Monday. We stressed that we have two young children, they didn’t care. Do not recommend this company to anyone.

Jesse was awesome! He helped me understand the issue thoroughly and was super patient with me asking a hundred questions. He was super friendly, professional, honest and hard working. The end price was fair and he informed me of all my options, not just what benefited him and the company. I will definitely call Roger the Plumber (and ask for Jesse) again.
