Roger The Plumber – Heating, A/C, Plumbing

Very professional and thorough to install new heating and a/c system. Removed old, cleaned up well. Very pleased. Realistic expectations for time to do the work. I was able to continue my work from home without interruption.
Follow up service included hot water tank evaluation/maintenance. Professional service men were very helpful to explain tank status and replacement and maintenance costs.

Both Techs were friendly, professional , and polite. They performed the AC tune-up and provided updates to their findings. Especially liked that they used shoe covers when they came in the house so that they didn’t track in any dirt. We would definitely recommend them to others. Thanks!

Roger the Plumber responded to my call with a prompt appointment. Our service technician, Mike Schultz, was the best service tech, including all other types of service repairmen that have been in our home. He introduced himself by full name and the company name. Great start as he decided a sense of respect. He listened with intent as he asked us to describe the issues that led us to call Roger the Plumber. Donning shoe covers, he went straight to work inspecting the HVAC system. After finishing the inspection, he detailed what he had found to include specifics of what components needed replacement and why. He also explained why the AC kicked on, but without the blower. The price was very fair and we had no problem agreeing to the quote as we felt Mike was knowledgeable, asked us if we needed additional clarity on his recommendations (we didn't, he was that good), professional & respectful. The latter is not often felt as servicemen tend to rush to get the job done. Rushing doesn't reflect respect. We will continue to use Roger the Plumber. I don't know if specific technicians can be requested, but if they do let us, Mike is our technician of choice.

Roger the Plumber is an aggregate plumbing and heating/cooling company, but we’ve been using their service for 3 years now and have always felt their contracted checkup service provided good value. A little pricey if something needs replaced, but the covered scheduled checkups keep us up to date, and balances out the cost well. More than anything, their service and employee standards are excellent, esp for an aggregate service. All of our service techs have been fantastic. Very professional.

Dishwasher installation

Jesse was our repairman. He was superb! Very professional, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He carefully and clearly explained what needed to be done and why and did a great job, even working until 8 pm on a Friday night. We couldn't be happier with Jesse or Roger the Plumber.

Brandon was very helpful, thorough, and explained everything where I could understand. I was quoted in the several $1000 by another company to fix what ended up costing me a few hundred by Roger the Plumber. I am very satisfied.

We discovered our upstairs ac was not working late on a Friday afternoon. RTP sent Jeff out quickly and he had our issue diagnosed and repaired in a jiffy. We’ve done business with them for a couple years now, and they’ve always treated us well and done excellent work on plumbing and ac/heating issues.

This is my second great encounter with quality workmanship from Roger, the Plumber. Once with plumbing and now with HVAC.

Chad did the installation of our new kitchen faucet. He was very polite and efficient . I was impressed after running into a minor problem how quickly he was able to handle it and make me a very happy customer. I will definitely use them again.
