Nick is an outstanding representative for your company. Nick took the time to show me several things about my system that NO ONE has ever told me about. He is kind. thoughtful and very professional

I had Erich and Dawson respond to my house to install a new high efficiency furnace and ac unit. They both did a wonderful job through the entire process. Erich did a excellent job of explaining all that He was doing and went above and beyond in his actions. Because of their efforts,
and the price and quality I would encourage others to use Roger the Plumber also.

Called on a Sunday, their answering service (off shore outsourced) quoted a 99 service fee that would be waived. Another guy, local, called about an hour later, said the sunday service fee was 189, that he would get yelled at for waiving it.
The tech that came out was an installer, not a tech. He was transparent about that, to his credit, but diagnosed the problem with my heat pump incorrectly. He also didn't reinstall the caps over the coolant valves, or screw the outer housing back together properly. Said a tech could be here monday to repair. Charged $89.

I took most of monday off work to be home for the repair.

At 4:18 they called saying they'd have to reschedule for tuesday 12-5. I told them I would need someone here around 9 because I had already missed a day of work over this. They had someone here at 9, he diagnosed a different problem almost immediately, a coolant leak, and a shot compressor. Informally quoted up to $4k to repair and recharge the heat pump. A sales guy came about an hour later and quoted a new AC unit for $6700 installed, which took about a minute of googling to see was 50-80% higher than average for the product he wanted to sell, a rheem 3 ton 16 seer ac unit.

Hard pass, do not recommend.

My wife and I thought it was very good from the gentleman who sold it in, to the team that installed it. Very thorough in everything they did. We are very happy with your company. We had an air conditioner and new heater installed. Thanks again.

Tore my fence up while working neighbors yard then tried to say they had permission. One worker refused to talk to me, boss yelled at me on second phone call. Very unprofessional

They called and announced Ricardo's arrival time. Ricardo was training an associate. He was knowledgeable and detailed with me and his associate. Took time to explain 2me what to expect and watch for. The 2men were clean and neatly dressed, prompt, friendly, respectful, and efficient. They left my kitchen sink clean. As long as my sink continues to whirlpool water down the pipes, I am pleased indeed!
