Caleb was awesome! Very professional and knowledgeable. The price was a bit steep but the new sink is pretty and all the new piping should last for many years to come!

I had a burst pipe in my basement and these guys not only had a live person answer the phone, they took care of me same day. Took advantage of their 12-months-same-as-cash for the new hot water heater soaked by the cascading water (from the pipe), so that also helped. While here, I asked about a couple more issues, did some shopping, then my guy Adam returned for my list of items. Adam is knowledgeable, thorough, chill, and explained a few maintenance how-to’s. Overall, I felt comfortable having him work on my 110 year old house, and I no longer feel like I’m living all duct taped. Two thumbs up.

Only plumbing service in KC I will use. They are knowledgeable, responsive and best of all never have they tried to "sell" me anything. Would, and do, recommend them to anyone.

Had concerns about water quality of out halo water filter system. Techs check our water, said we were in great shape and relieved our concerns. Very professional, will use them again. My tech and his assistant were very helpful and informative.

After draining & inspecting the water heater, the plumber checked all the other plumbing defects around the house & presented a good plan to avoid a lot of potential plumbing catastrophies associated with our purchase of a home built in the late 1960s. We now have a better idea how much it will cost to bring the plumbing up to code. You know what they say about an ounce of prevention. It's a good investment for us to do it right. He also helped give us a good idea for the plumbing jobs associated with the upcoming kitchen remodel planned for this spring. We look forward to working with this company for a long time & appreciate working with real professionals that level with us about the plumbing problems we've inherited with this house purchase.

I have been using this company for many years. They call me when it is time to schedule service and it is always easy to get a date that works for me. The service professionals call before arriving between the predetermined timeframe and review their findings/recommendations as soon as the work is done.

I have found the technicians to be professional and knowledgeable, and would recommend this company to others.

Nick came out for our yearly hvac maintenance and found a few things that needed to be replaced. He was great to work with and took care of the problem quickly. He even gave us some tips and suggestions to help prolong our systems use. Will continue to use Rogers for our AC and heating needs!

Roger installed a sump pump several years ago and I thought I should use them again when the battery was beeping. One tech came out, said he filled the battery with the necessary water and left. The next day it started beeping again. Another tech came out and told me I needed an entire new system to the tune of $3000. Today I had a different company come and inspect it and all I needed was a new battery. The plumber said Roger’s tech couldn’t have properly inspected the sump pump since the battery wasn’t working properly. I will never use Roger again and if you do get a second opinion before they lie to you and gouge you re: pricing.
