Roger The Plumber – Heating, A/C, Plumbing

Roger The Plumber is now my go to for HVAC, & plumbing if I need it. I called this morning 9a & talked to a real person. They were able to fit me in to a 10a-1p time slot Today, unlike the company I bought the system from 7yrs ago. (Best could do for me, an established client, was tomorrow between 12-4p.) My tech arrived just before 11a & had cold air blowing strong by 12:30.

Mike is awesome! I’ll request him when I get my maintenance done. He’s really professional, patient and personable. He walked me though what needed to be done & answer the questions I peppered him with during the repair. He taught me the best way to keep my entire three level split house cool, reduce extra stress on the AC system’s compressor helping it last longer. I was doing none of these before he came by. I’m looking forward to seeing how this helps & ultimately saving $.

Michael was great - very polite, efficient and told me exactly what he had done.

Kitchen sink backing up, tech had to snake out twice to clear blockage, ran 100 foot into drain from kitchen. 60 day guarantee, cost was $235 after $50 OFF. So much for $99 drain cleaning?

Chad is extremely professional , he answered any questions, showed how to use the on/off water valves, he also gave suggestions on
what safety guards to use during freezing weather.

Michael was very profession and was able to explain what needed to be done to keep my A/C running efficiently.

Rogers was not only on-time, but they were early! When they identified the source of our problem, they were more than willing to explain why they were concerned about whether or not they would be able to fix the issue immediately; they offered a compromise that worked for each party. I would definitely recommend this company!

Had water heater installed, not an emergency. Mother just had one slightly larger installed by Roger that had been $1000 less. After they were able to pull up her acct they took off about $900 from mine stating it was about warranty when I had not even discussed any warranty info. Then 2 shelves in my utility room knocked off the wall causing gaping holes so now the wall has to be patched, painted and new shelves put up for another $500. NO, I WOULD NOT USE ROGER AGAIN unless it was an emergency and even then it would have to be a REAL emergency.

Third and final heat pump installed, Great job everytime. When they start a job they don't leave until it's finished amazing installers. Is fast efficient, clean. Very satisfied.

A new kitchen sink deserves a new faucet and plumbing to go with the new counter and backslash. The job was completed on time and as agreed.
