Not only did they install the top of the line Rheem furnace, they beat the competition by 30%. The install was seamless and done very professionally. The install crew was friendly, polite, and obviously experienced. Fantastic install experience!!

Had the pleasure of working with Adam who is great. He’s very professional, trustworthy, and detailed. He took the time to listen to our issue and upon completion of his inspection he not only showed us where the issue is but also provided his recommendations and our options. He took the time to answer all of our questions and explained what he would be doing to correct the issue in detail. Adam is very honest and just a good person that you can trust. Our experience with Adam definitely gave us someone we trust if additional issues arise.

Richard, was very polite and made dealing with a major plumbing issue feel easy. He’s awesome and was very honest and timely.

Jason was my tech. Very helpful and knowledgeable . Addressed the issue offered a couple options to fix made sure I understood the problem and the fix. Very friendly . I would and will use them in the future for any plumbing issue I may have. I would recommend giving them a call if you have a plumbing issue.

Called scheduled the apt for Saturday between 10 and 2. By 2 no call no show. So I called and after leaving me on hold for 20 minutes they informed me that though I was on the schedule but the only technician was off work already at 230 in the afternoon and would not be coming to complete my job and the best thing they could do was reschedule for Monday. Yeah if I wanted to wait until Monday I would not have agreed to pay Saturday fees in the first place. Canceled. Will be taking my business elsewhere for sure. Waste a whole Saturday with them if you want to but I recommend you go somewhere else too.

Just wanted to give a shout out to ANDREW who came out late this afternoon for routine maintenance on our tankless water heater (installed by Roger the Plumber a year ago). Andrew tweaked a couple of other things for us while he was here; plus put in A LOT OF OVERTIME on one particular issue (the pipe farthest from the unit). We were SO IMPRESSED that he did not rush off at five o'clock. Thank you, Andrew, for going the distance and for your INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This has consistently been our experience with Roger the Plumber for plumbing and AC: 10 out of 10!

Jason was very friendly and knowledgeable. I love that the company has a preventative maintenance plan that takes care of all my major systems each year. Their service is always great!

Bryan and his fellow associate were very professional and on time. Bryan pointed he didn’t see any issues with what we thought was our water heater but pointed out on this visit a couple other issues that should be addressed in the near future. He was the only plumber to ever mention the potential problem we could have and after looking at the pipes & valve he was referring to you can plainly see that yes this could become a big problem. I believe this is our first time using Roger The Plumber and it won’t be the last. In fact I decided to take him up on the annual inspection offer while saving money in regards to the visit. The annual inspection looks like a pretty extensive check when they do come out so that’s a great peace of mind knowing our Plumbing/ AC/ Furnace will be checked thoroughly to prevent any future problems.
