Blake was exceptional. Professional, friendly and on time. He addressed all my concerns regarding my Nest thermostat, cleaned my AC and provided regular maintenance. He gave helpful advice to ensure my system will work properly.

Adam did a phenomenal job today. Tough clog, he worked at it for a good while. Then even cleaned the floor after he was done. He went the extra mile here. Very helpful and informative.

They serviced some gas line at our new house. We are reasonably happy with the work. However, now they will not stop cold calling us from a call center(both my husband and I) to set up routine maintenance on our AC. Would not recommend based on that.

Mike was helpful in letting us know the condition of our A/C system which currently is 15 years old. The outdoor unit need some parts to help it run better. Although this made for an unexpected payment Mike made sure we knew about the benefits of the fix.

Roger is really good at servicing the air conditioner and heater, but they will oversell like you’ve never seen before and their costs are at least triple of an honest business. They told me we needed $4000 worth of repairs on our air conditioner but they would bring it down to $2000. They took the laminated we’re gonna screw you sheet out and for a LEVEL 3 fix it was $1,997. Another smaller company came out and told us we didn’t need anything done at all and that the air conditioner sounded great. Roger’s estimate for a new system was $18,000, but they were going to give us a “deal” for $12,000 for a new HVAC system. We don’t live in Leawood or Cedar Creek…Scary stuff

Tech was kind and professional. however, I paid for a cleaning but didn't appear that they cleaned housing (dead insects still in housing), did not use compressedair or electronic vac to clean wiring or circuits and according to new Tech from competitor firm I had out today for bent gas control valve pins he said it was dirty and they didn't clean flame sensor either. Roger's did say squirrel fanneeded deep cleaning which they could do for addl 368$.

Just got an estimate to replace a main shut off valve. Seems like an easy job since it's not in a difficult to reach location. Quoted at $419 and said they would not charge us if they had to get into the drywall for any reason. I did like that they had a sheet with prices for all their possible jobs. Made me feel like I wasn't being cheated. Have two more estimates to get but I would definitely use them in the future.

We had a drain that was clogged really bad from pasta. They came out and cleared the drain very quick and also gave me discounts. I will definitely use again

I had a main drain over flow into my furnace room. I will skip talking about the issues with the first Rep. All I have to say is when I called with my concerns the manager really took pride in making sure I was taking care of!
Lets talk about the second Tech Brandon White! Wow compared to the first tech. He really took the time to ask questions and helped me slide my desk over. He educated me through every step he was doing. He really cared to make me feel like a friend and was apologetic about my first experience but really knocked it out of the park. I would recommended anyone to Roger The plumber! I hope everyone gets a chance to meet Brandon White!
Alfonso Ayala- was his field manager / Senior Plumber he brought in the Camera to look through drain and was a really cool guy to chat with!
Thank you guys for turning my experience from a 1 star to a 5 star rating!

Chad was very conscientious about covering the carpet completely when taking out the old unit and bringing in the new unit. His work was timely and efficient with hot water being the outcome.
Thank you Chad for a job well done!
