Our furnace died just as the weather was turning cold. We had used another service in the past, but we weren’t able to contact them. Santa Fe Air Conditioning & Heating sent Doug out the following day to confirm that we did indeed need a new furnace. Brad & Kyle came out 2 days later to install. They handled the permits, inspection & financing. It was really easy to work with them, the guys were very professional & friendly. And now our family is toasty warm! I highly recommend Santa Fe! Five stars all the way!

Excellent company to deal with. We called them because they are a local family owned business. From the estimate to the completion of the Job, Santa Fe Air conditioning, heating and electrical was pure perfection. They arrived at 8 AM sharp just as they said they would. The technicians were all as professional and nice as they could be. They wore their masks the entire time. We couldn’t be happier with this company and would highly recommend it to anyone in Olathe and beyond. My wife and I are so appreciative as to how they handled everything. A+++

I really like Santa Fe AC&Heat. They are super responsive, always friendly and are very open with their pricing, which is very competitive.

I recently used them to service my heating systems (2) which they had installed a couple of years ago. I called them on a Friday afternoon and they were out to perform the service on Monday morning (right before we got the snow on Oct 26th).

Kory was the technician. He arrive exactly when scheduled, wore booties and a mask and super nice. He made sure I knew the price before he started the work. He then did a very thorough inspection of my systems. He completed the system check in just over 30 minutes and provided a detailed analysis to me.

I'm super happy with Santa Fe and plan on continuing to use them.

There is nothing like feeling secure and taken care of when it comes to the fundamental yet major operations of your home! That's the feeling I get with each interaction I've had with Santa Fe AC and Heating. One of their servicemen is "assigned" to my account. He is wonderful----trustworthy, friendly yet professional. He remembers the issues that were "potential" at his last visit; he advises me fairly whether now is the time to address them.
Today, I decided it was time and he was here at 11am. Probably the best example of Santa Fe AC and Heat, and my serviceman's exemplary model of operation, is that he first came to analyze the issue before he just showed up with the part, blindly assuming I needed the $800 repair.
I cannot speak highly enough of Dennis and of Santa Fe AC and Heating, a company that allows professionalism and honesty to guide their business.

Sneaky fees. Called to set up an appt, was told 1 price. After appt. I was charged double. Tech asked if the office forgot to tell us about additional fees, sounds like this is a common occurrence. Only gave 2 stars because the tech was good, but will not use company due to office not disclosing all fees prior to appt.
