Santa Fe Air Conditioning & Heating

I have used Santa Fe for a long time for their service contract for furnace and a/c at home and when I worked for Vista Baptist Church. Always friendly and will explain anything asked about.

Jonathan was right on time, very professional, answered all my questions, and most importantly wore his booties to protect our carpet. I really like this annual service they offer. Well worth it.

They installed two systems for us and were timely, professional, helpful, and great to work with throughout the entire process. I would recommend their service to anyone.

Update: 5/23 - another seasonal service; my evaluation hasn’t changed!! An added bonus: I had Sam again as the tech! How often can you say that!!

All services indicated weren’t conducted at recent visit. Recent visit was seasonal maintenance of a new system which they installed - there were no issues - key to longevity of expensive equipment. The technician, Sam was: on time, courteous, respectful of property and thorough. I received reminder calls a few days in advance - much appreciated.

Sam was our technician. He did an excellent job of caring for & checking out our system. He also found out why our humidifier was not working, which no one else had figured out before. He was a very smart & personable technician that worked on our unit. We would trust his judgment completely on a repairs needed.

Santa Fe was great to work with. Very responsive and quick service at an affordable price. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Tech was professional, friendly and provided a quick repair. This is not my first tech visit from them. They have been consistent in quality and efficiency of service.

Awesomeness. Sam did great. He fixed the problem fast and was honest about the repairs my furnace is working like a brand new unit and I couldn’t be happier.
