I have used Santa Fe Air Conditioning and Heating before. The service technicians are always thorough, professional, and courteous. Tim even showed up a bit early for our appointment, diagnosed our problem, and got us back operational quickly. I’ll definitely use this company again.

Great service by the technician. Professional and clean. No fast talk. Informed me of exactly what was being done and should be done and gave options. In my case AC capacitor. I was on a work call while Doug was here and he was considerate of that. When calling the office to schedule and then reschedule, they were very pleasant on the phone. Joined the 4 yr maintenance plan as it seemed to be a good value. Thanks!

I have used Santa Fe Air for many years. They always have been wonderful! Their techs are always very polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to everyone! They even work on manufactured homes. Also the Tech who came to my house his name was Mike he's wonderful!

John, the Repair Associate, was professional. pleasant, and competent. He is a wonderful example of the quality of people who work with Santa Fe Air Conditioning & Heating. Everyone we've interfaced with has treated us with respect and courtesy. They do follow up phone calls and their technicians thoroughly explain what they intend to do, what they are doing, and what they have done. John not only gave an estimate of the costs before he did the repair and explained those costs. Afterwards, he explained the payment options and answered every question we had. He demonstrated patience and professionalism throughout his visit and did not pressure us to invest in systems we could not afford presently, We have used Santa Fe for our furnace and air conditioning maintenance and repairs for years, and continue to trust them because of Associates such as John. Everyone who answers the phones in the office also demonstrate the highest levels of professional competence and courtesy

We have the seasonal maintenance agreement with Santa Fe and It was either last year or the year before when it was time for our winterization check up. During that visit Mike was very thorough and detected that our Aprilaire sensor on our humidifier had stopped working so Mike showed me how he determined it and was able to replace it. He also discovered the valve was clogged preventing water from getting into Aprilaire system and showed me how it wasn’t getting through so he fixed that and discovered a plugged drain and fixed that as well. Mike was great at explaining the best way to run our system with the dampers and noticed we had put the filter in backwards so he put an arrow on furnace so we’d know which direction it needs to be. I’m always better informed after Mike’s visits and am confident we have the best functioning system after he leaves. This week we had Jonathan come for this years Fall maintenance and Jonathan noticed our Aprilaire wasn't working and in fact turned off. When he turned it on. he noticed a valve that connects to the plastic hose was broken and they had the part in the truck so they were able to fit it. Seems odd we have so many problems with our AprilAire humidifier year after year. Seemed like it was the same part but nonetheless it is fixed again and we are ready for winter. Jonathan was a delight and very patient to explain the problem and what was happening.

Mike and Josh and all of the folks who have helped me at Santa Fe over the last 25 years have been absolutely great! They are always very polite; providing clear communication about everything they're doing. They're very prompt (which is tough in their line of work), and I've never felt like they were pushing something on me or were trying to do more than was absolutely necessary. They give you good information so you can weigh your options and make the best choice for your budget at the time. I am happy to highly recommend them!

Mike was our service tech and he was polite and professional and educated us about our unit and gave valuable recommendations (ie, making sure we had CO2 detectors installed in case there were ever leaks in the gas furnace system). We had a complimentary furnace tune up performed as the previous homeowners had also used their company. He explained all of his findings and also gave me a couple of quotes that I asked for (costs for installing a whole house humidifier and an air scrubber). I felt they were competitive and reasonable. We will use them for our a/c maintenance in the spring as well as the humidifier and air scrubber installs when we're ready for those.

We have had Mike at Santa Fe Air do work over several years' time, at two different addresses. My husband and I have never been disappointed with this company. There are many companies that we wouldn't refer. And, I think the only one we would recommend is Santa Fe.

Just got another scheduled check up and we’re still very happy with our furnace and AC. The scheduling is flexible and easy to set up and it’s handy to get new filters at the same time.
