Santa Fe Air Conditioning & Heating

We have used Sante Fe for several years and love them. We find them very responsive to us, excellent service and just really nice people. John who came yesterday continued that awesome service. Very sweet and a perfect gentleman who very nicely solved our thermostat issue and changed our our humidifier filter. I would hope to have him back were we to have another issue.

Mike from Santa Fe Air came to service our AC unit. He was very knowledgeable, up front, honest, and professional! He told me everything I needed to know and was straight to the point in a friendly manner. He told me his concerns and what we need to do to resolve our AC issues as well as a better routine to maintain our unit. I highly recommend this company and it's services!

John was on punctual and repaired the issue quickly. It was clear that he knew how to diagnose the problem effectively and had the professional specialization to resolve it. I’d use their service again based on proficiency and soft skills.

Samuel was our technician this time. He showed up on time, very professional and friendly, and completed an exceptional job on our system. He recommended a few things (such as the best filter type, using tape to keep air from leaking, and tablets in the pan to keep growth from happening) and walked me through every thing very well. We have used this company for years but he, by far, has been the best tech we have had; I think he went above and beyond!

Mike, our tech is the only reason we still use Santa Fe. After our mid June appointment was canceled due to a service tech calling out sick (totally understandable, people get sick) we couldn’t get back on the schedule until mid July. I find this totally unacceptable. The scheduling person I spoke to was actually rude about my concern and really couldn’t care less.
Mike was prompt, professional and explained everything to me in language I could understand. He’s a pro.

Dennis did a great job. Efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable; and on time! Mostly we are so happy with Santa Fe for getting to our repairs in a quick manor. We do have a service contract with them, so I’m sure that helped. Called a 7:06am, and serviceman was at our home at 8:40am. Very pleased. Also- receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Great service all around!!!!

Mike came to the rescue! My pilot wouldn't stay lit and he replaced thermocouple. Solved the problem!

After several requests for a review of the business I'm finally posting as much information that I can.
Having a regular maintenance program provided by Santa Fe has been delightful. This maintenance check reveled a serious problem with the compressor and would have to be replaced with a new compressor. Price quoted seemed high for repairing a 22 year old unit that just might break down again. The technician called the office and arraigned for their '"comfort adviser" to contact us about a complete air conditioning and heating system replacement. A meeting that evening resulted in a mid range choice of HVAC and a down payment of 40 percent before installation. Installation is scheduled and hopefully a completed review will be made at a later time resulting in more stars

Update to the above post and the addition of more stars! The new A/C and heating system has been installed. Much like a child on Christmas morning, we were thrilled to see the Santa Fe Air truck back into our driveway after five days with no air conditioning. Two men worked efficiently and well together to remove the old and install the new units. After 8 hours of hard work, extreme heat and an un-ending supply of Gatorade, this house is cool again.
