Josh was here this morning and performed his usual fabulous maintenance services. The first time he came out over a year ago, he made some adjustments in our system, changed some settings etc and our heating bill was immediately and significantly lowered. He’s a personable young man, well spoken and obviously well versed in his trade. Definitely goes above and beyond to get the very best performance possible from your system. He is a true gem and I request him for every visit!

I scheduled a service call mostly because the furnace hadn't been looked at since I had it installed years earlier and a prolonged cold snap was forecast, not because I suspected any problems. The tech (Dennis) was thorough and helpful. He took time to explain the readings and results and then suggested a couple of changes to make the furnace operate more efficiently. Very satisfied. I would recommend them to others.

Needed a full system review of the house I just purchased and for which they had prior been servicing company. They instructed me on all components of new system and discussed some new additions / components. Very knowledgeable.

We inherited our Santa Fe service from the previous owner of our house. We were so happy with the service that 3 years later we’re still using them. I feel comfortable whenever Mike comes out for our inspections. He always explains things to me in a way I can understand.

We have been customers of Santa Fe for years and they have always been professional, friendly, fair and honest. We had a problem with our central air a few years ago and the techs worked for hours to figure out what was wrong and how to fix it! They even came back the next day to make sure it was still working. The cost? A little over $200 bucks for all that work! I was scrambling to find someone to call to come out, after hours, to look at my air conditioner. Santa Fe had someone come out within the hour. For a small family with new baby, I greatly appreciated this service!

Kevin arrived, asked me a couple questions, was able locate the problem, and fix within 30 minutes. He answered all questions I had and was very knowledgeable about the food equipment/issue. For a first time caller, they now have a lifetime customer. Would recommend them to anyone!

Santa Fe installed a new HVAC system for us last year, and we have been very pleased with it. Pedro came today to do the maintenance. He arrived when he said he would, he was courteous, he answered questions and gave us feedback on the system. We are very pleased with both the product and service.

John H. had been our service pro sense we first started using Santa Fe Air several years ago. Sense he is no longer with the company we got Mike C. as our new service technician. Mike did not miss a beat. He was very nice, knowledgeable and professional in every way . Most important he was very respectful of our home. Because of Mike we will continue to use Santa Fe for all our heating and air needs. Sense we started using Santa Fe Air a number of our neighbors and others in our sub-division have started using them and are very happy with the service. The company provides good service at a reasonable rate.

Santa Fe Air will take care of any of your air conditioning and heating needs. We had to replace a whole system and John came out and went through what our options were and was so honest. There was no "beating around the bush" service at all. They sent Marco out to install and he was on time and provided service with a smile. Very knowledgeable and helpful with explaining about what was being installed. You can tell he really cared about the work. He definitely satisfied this customer. Can't say enough about Santa Fe Air!!! Great business that stands by their name. Definitely will suggest them to anyone looking for just a quick repair or need a whole install.
