Exemplary service! Our air conditioning started squealing and grinding so we made an appointment with Santa Fe air who had given us stellar service 6-7 years ago and kept in touch ever since. Dennis came out and assessed the problem quickly. He let me know my options and answered all questions comprehensively and willingly. The AC was fixed and working in a short time and Dennis was friendly and professional the entire time. He took care to cover his shoes in our house and even helped keep our kitty from escaping out the door! Santa Fe Air is extremely reliable, honest, and quick. Will be sure to use them again!

Updated 06-14-2020: Again got stellar service from Santa Fe. Needed emergency service on what I’m sure was a busy weekend for HVAC companies. Kevin came by and quickly got our blower fan working so our house could be cool again. He helped us explore our options for repairing or replacing our units (both about 30 years old) and worked it out to give us the best price for our house. Very happy with Santa Fe and would recommend to anyone looking for prompt, honest service.

Second year in a row I had Santa Fe Air come out to inspect my furnace. Second year in a row I've been highly impressed with their service. I've been using them since I moved out here from the coast. I had Mike as my tech this year. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly! I'm actually looking forward to my AC service and check up in the spring. Strange thing to look forward to, I know. But with such friendly service, and knowing they will keep my system running, I'm glad to have them out. Keep up the great work guys! Excellent Service. Our A.C. wasn't working properly so I decided to call Santa Fe Air Conditioning & Heat and they set an appointment for me the next morning, which was amazing. They sent Dennis to my house bright and early in the morning to fix my A.C, they checked everything from the furnace to the A.C. unit to diagnosis the issue. After 3-4 hard working hours, they were able to fix it for me. From my experience with other companies, I can confidently say that no one is better than Santa Fe Air!

We needed to replace our furnace and A/C system - the old one was 16 years old and starting to need some work. Mark came out and did a thorough inspection so an appropriate system could be installed. When we got the quote the price was very reasonable for a 17 SEER A/C unit and an 80% AFUE furnace system.
Today the installation crew was here (Nick and Ian) and they did great work. These men were very polite and professional and the installation looks very good.

Met another good service pro from Santa Fe today. This pro was Mike C. All these service men are very courteous and very good at explaining the service. This must be the culture at Santa Fe. I Would recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

My service tech went out of his to insure we had excellent service. While checking the operation of my unit and making sure it was ready for summer service, replacing a bad part. What was great was the effort he took to ensure that I knew what he was doing, and how my system was checking out.
This the kind of service that has turned me into a now loyal customer.
