I have been using Gatza for almost 20 years now and couldn't be happier. They are reliable like clockwork, there's nothing they can't do, they're responsive and I trust them completely. They never try to sell me things I don't need and are available for emergency phone calls any time. I've used them in every house I've ever lived in and don't plan to switch unless i ever have to!

I've been a customer since December, 2019 and I highly recommend Gatza heating & air conditioning. Brent replaced my 5 ton evaporator coil and also replaced some of my ductwork that needed repair. When the job was complete he showed me how he made improvements to the ductwork and what failed on the coil. He also went above and beyond by fixing my water heater venting duct. After seeing the new ductwork he fabricated and the new coil he installed I could tell his work is very neat and clean. He’s also very respectful and wears shoe covers to avoid bringing dirt in the house. Gatza is a family business with competitive prices, quality work and you can tell Brent and Laura care about their customers. I signed up to become a priority maintenance customer and I recommend the Gatza yearly maintenance agreement. Thanks for your great service!

We had a great experience with this company. The owner came for a second opinion on a new A/C we had had recommended to us by another company. He had to make two trips because the first time was too cold to do what he needed to do. He came out a second time and confirmed the original diagnosis. Despite having to come out twice, he only charged one service fee.

He was extremely polite and professional, and I would highly recommend Gatza Heating and Air Conditioning! They will be my go-to for any HVAC needs in the future.

We called Brent on a Saturday night because our heater was broken and it was 30 degrees outside. He arrived at 8am on a Sunday to check out our heater. He’s the best. Find me someone else who shows up on a Sunday morning at 8am……you can’t. We’ve used Gatza for a few years now, and our only mistake was not using them sooner. Great service!

Installation of whole house humidifier — Easy to schedule. Received reminder text day prior. Brent was on time, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He laid a rug down on the floor from basement door to front door. Answered all questions. Even helped label levers that distribute air to the different levels. Definitely recommend!!!

The team at Gatza is professional, responsive and honest. We recently moved into a new home and had no idea what we were working with when it came to our HVAC system. Brent came out, did a full inspection of our system, performed a tune-up, and made honest recommendations. He also identified and corrected a few issues he saw with our system outside of our home...things we would have no idea would affect our system's performance. Brent is seriously the BEST!! I have an older furnace that stopped working and we are in the middle the coldest week of the year. I called and he was able to come in like 30 min because my furnace had stopped working. He was able to get the part and get me fixed up before the end of the day. I would highly recommend their services!!!
