Mark always does a great job and a fair job. We first met him on a weekend night when we had no heat. Mark came right out and we have used the JH maintenance plan ever since.
I always get an email with my technician’s picture when they are on their way. They are always on time.
I would not hesitate to leave my keys with Mark.

The entire company was friendly and experienced. Not only did they come out with a diagnosis and estimate for a replacement the day we called, they also completed the work within a week. They also fixed line problems from a previous install by the prior company (who gave a quote for twice as much for this job) and made our heater more efficient.
