Jack Harrison Heating & Air Conditioning

I was a subscriber to their seasonal plan. I had a problem of my drain backing up and causing damage. I had the highest respect for them, but they told me that I was not a priority for them. That's OK. Don't come back, and I'll tell everyone I know the same about you. I fixed the problem myself because I am sick and tired of so called professionals who think they are God's gift to man. Not my house. Stay away.

These guys rocked. New Bosch full system inside and out, upgraded duct work, new water heater, new humidifier, wiring, Ecobee thermostat with 4 sensors and air scrubber all installed in a day. A TON of work. It was a long day and they came prepared, with all the parts and staged the work so all of the crew could stay busy and not be too on top of each other. AND NO BS, just did what they said they would and we are very happy. BTW, the Bosch Inverter Heat Pump system is super efficient and amazingly quiet. Mark, and crew will be doing all our rental properties. Out of four bids, all of which were within 1000 of each, Marks bid was much more complete and they resized the system and duct work for our finished basement project. You won't be sorry, real people who care about the product and service they deliver. A+.

AC went out in the middle of the night. Called Harrison Saturday morning and Mark was here at 2:30 (earlier than quoted). He was super friendly, professional and fast.

Came out quickly after I called late on a cold night. Had my furnace replaced the next morning. I felt like Mark was very professional, understanding and prompt. Very pleased with the service!

I’ve had Jack Harrison Heating and Cooling come to repair and service my HVAC systems twice and I have been so extremely pleased both times. They are always on time, professional, and extremely transparent. They have always given me full explanations of what’s going on and are extremely forthcoming about costs and the necessity of the parts and services they suggest. My AC stopped working when it was over 90 degrees outside and warming up. I called 4 other companies who wouldn't come out on a weekend, but John at Jack Harrison came out at 8pm on a Saturday! Not only did he diagnose and fix my problem in less than an hour, he walked me through the process and gave me several solutions in various price ranges. I can't recommend these guys enough!
